Weekly Review - Strawberry and Spinach Salad

This recipe is from Kathryn Riechert and sounds so yummy! I haven't tried it yet but will be going to get some strawberries this weekend.

2 packages fresh spinach
1.5 qts fresh sliced strawberries

Dressing:
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4-1/3 c. oil
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1.5 tsp. minced onion
(2 T. toasted sesame seeds opt.) (I never add these, but next time I might toss in some walnuts)

Mix the dressing several hours early to allow the sugar to dissolve. Mix with spinach and strawberries just before serving.
